Six lessons on winding down at the end of an ordinary day, what a settled nervous system feels like in a home with work, family and a walking route in it, and what to do with the nights that go badly.
Six lessons. One ordinary evening. A wind down that fits the house you live in.
Appetite is far from the only thing that moves in the first months. Energy shifts about, sleep breaks in new places, and the hour before the bedroom is usually the hour with the least left in it. Most advice about rest is written for a life with more room in it than this one.
This course works through a real evening in a real home. The hour before bed, what a settled nervous system feels like from the inside, what to do with the day after a broken night, and how daylight and a familiar walking route hold the shape of a week. Nothing here is a clinical instruction and nothing here replaces what your own prescriber tells you.
Women in the first months: whose energy and sleep have both moved.
Anyone working full days: with an evening that starts late and ends later.
Women awake at three in the morning: paying for it all the next day.
This course is part of the academy's invite-only offering.
