Seven lessons of simple resistance work done on a rolled mat behind the bedroom door with one hand weight, in short sessions, with progressions written for the weeks when energy is thin and the day is already full.
Seven lessons. One rolled mat. Work you can do in the room you are already in.
The mat stands behind the bedroom door and the hand weight sits beside it, and on the weeks when energy is thin neither one gets touched. Strength here means protecting the muscle a woman already has while her appetite is quiet. It has nothing to do with gym culture and nothing to do with how anybody looks.
This course builds a short home session out of what is already behind the door. Standing work while the kettle boils, sitting and lying work for the days when standing is too much, one small step of extra load when a movement starts to feel easy, and a familiar walking route as the rest of the week. Every session is written to survive a bad night.
Women in the first months: told to keep their muscle and given no plan for it.
Anyone with a mat and one weight: and a spare corner of an ordinary room.
Women who walk already: and want something that sits alongside the route.
This course is part of the academy's invite-only offering.
