Seven lessons on what to put in place in the months around the end of treatment, so the shopping, the cooking, the walking route and the week marked on the kitchen calendar carry on running without it.
Seven lessons. One kitchen calendar. A year that carries on running.
The end of treatment arrives on a date somebody else sets, and the months around it usually go on worrying when they could go on preparing. The routines that matter are ordinary ones. What gets bought, what gets cooked, which route gets walked, and who around you knows what is going on.
This course does the preparing early. You take stock of the week you have now, write the shopping and the cooking into something you can follow on a flat day, keep the walking route in the calendar whatever else moves, and prepare the conversation with your prescriber about what comes after. Nothing here sets, changes or comments on any dose.
Women thinking past the prescription: to the year that follows it.
Anyone near the end of treatment: with a date and no plan around it.
Women who have stopped before: who want the week set up differently.
